Fitchburg Avenue, in accordance with a deed therefor authorixed by City of Alameda Ordinance No.
1.527, New Series, '"s 13 April 19, 1966, be, and she hereby is granted an extensien of six (6)
monthw fram and after May 26, 1967, within which to perform the certain sonditivme in said deed and
as set forth in Section 2 of said ordinance.
