AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF CONCESSION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CITY AND GEORGE E. FLOYD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager
be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, on behalf of
the City, an amendment to that certain refreshment concession contract dated December
31, 1965, between the City and George E. Floyd, transacting business es "George Floyd
Enterprises", said amendment to be substantially in the form of that on file in the
office of the City Clerk and marked "Filed June o, 1967, and providing for reduction
of minimum rental payments by concessionaire from 100.00 to $50.00 per month, in
Paragraph 3 of said contract.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alamed a. in regular
meeting assembled on the 6th day of June, 1967, by the following vote, to wit:
