APPROVING WARRANT NO. 125 OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF RECLAMATION DISTRICT NO. 2105
WHEREAG, there pas heretofore been filed with this Council a request for
approval of a certain warrant numbered 125 of the Board of Trustees of Reclamation
District No. 2105, and this Council finds that said warrant should be approved; and
WHEREAS, the issuance of said warrant and the face amount thereof were
duly authorized by resolution of said Beard at its meeting held on May 25, 1967,
said resolution appearing in the minutes thereof;
NOW TnREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the warrant of the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 21.05 set forth
below he, and hereby is, approved.

the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda

NOES: Councilman La Croix, Jr., (1).
ABSENT: None.
