CITY OF ALARIMITA, COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, WATE CF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS', the Engineer of Work, having certified to this City Council
that the sanitary sewer system to be constructed in Assessment District 1 66-1,
City of Alameda, County of Alameda, estate of CalifErnia, has been inspected and
has been fouhd to comply with approved plans, special povisMons and standard
specifications, and having recommended thect onid sanitary. sewer system is accepted
as completed on the Sth day of June, 1967;
NON, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City cf. Alameda,
County of Almeda, State of California, that said sanitary sewer system is accepted
as oompleted en. the eth day of June, 190, and the City Clerk of the City. of Alameda,
County of Alamoda, State of California, is hereby directed to record in the office
of the County Recorder of the County. of Alameda, State of California, a Notice of
Completion.
