CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR. 1967-1968.
WHEREAS, Section 4_( -) of the Charter of thp City of Alameda requires the designation. of
a, certifies public aocourtant to investi2ate and audit accounts of the City, etc.; and
WHEREAS, a proposed contract for the fiscal year 1967-1968 with the firm of Eackleman,
Larzelere & McKenna, Certified Public. Accountants, has been submitted to the Council and the Council
fully informed and aware of the terms and conditions thereof, said contract heinnd filed with the
0 Clerk and marked, THiled June 20, 1907,f
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by TEE COUNCIL OF TEE OILY OF AIAMEDA that the Mayer of the
City of Alameda. is hereby authorired and directed to execute for and on behalf' of the City of
Alameda. that certain contract referred to above by and between the City and the firm of Eackleman,
Larzelere & McKenna for owrtified public accounting services for the fiscal year 1967-1968. The
City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.
