REEOLETION OF DIMSLIMINARY DETERNIDAEION 7 0 1 NDERTAKE SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT PROCEEDINGS FOR THE CONSIRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS
IN ASSESSMENT DIDARICT NO. 67-1, CITY OF 34 1, AIAMEDA.
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
13 IT RESOIKTEM by the City. Cotmcil of the City of Alameda, Alameda County, California, as
follows:
1. The City. Council of the City of Alameda proposes to institute assessment district
proceedings for the construction of improvements in Assessment District No. 67-1, City of Alamedn,
Alameda County, California.
2. It is ordered that STURGIS, DEN-BUIK, DOUGIASS ANDERSON Attorneys at Lawu
Oakland, California, shall be Special. Bond Counsel to prepare all proceedings '01 00 proposed
assessment district, in accordance with the contract previously- adopted by the City- Council on
June 6, -J4767.
3. It in ordered that all engimeering work in connection with said proposed assessment
district will be done by the City Engineer of the Ciky of Alameda.
4. The district which is to be assessed to pay. the cost and expenses of said improve-
ments, including ali 13 0' expenses, i2 that district shown on a map which. i3 on file i, . the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Alameda and uhloh i5 designated, "Proposed Boundaries of
Assessment Distript No. 67-1, City of Alameda, Alameda County, California."
BE .11 FURTHER ItESOLVED that the hearing upon the public convenience and necessity of the
improvements to be made in said assessment district, and which is to be callmd pursuant to the
provisions of Division 17 of Article 13 of the Constitution of the State of California, shall be
held concurrently with the hearing upon the Engineerhs Report; and
BE iT IERTHER KENN/USD that notice of the hearing upon public convenience and necessity
shall be included in the notice of improvement to be published, mailed and posted for the hearing
upon the Engineer,s Report in said proceedings.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council.. of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
