APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION' KNOWN AS MACT 2936, AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AGR=LIFELT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PURI= IMPROVEMENTS
THEREIN, AND APPROVING FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY
(BRADDOCK & LOGAN, A COPARITFIRSHIR, SUBDIVIDER).
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI of the Alameda MUnicipal Code, Braddock
& Logan, a copaitnership comprised. of Robert C. Braddock and R- HU Logan, subdivider herein, has
presented to this Council. a Final Map of the subdivision known as Tract 2936, being the second unit
of' the property shown on the approved Tentative Map of subdigision. designated as Tract 2730; and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has entered into an agreement with the City to construot and com-
plete the public improvements in said subdivision. and to post mMth the City Clerk its bond in the
amount of $239,485.00 to guarantee fall and faithfmd.. performance of said work, all in accordance with
said Article;
OW, THEREFORE, PE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OR 1HE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final. Map of
Tract. 2936, being the secon0 . unit of property shotm on the 11mtative Map of Tract 2730, be and
hereby is approved_
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement for construction. and completion of the public
improvements in said subdivision, and ail its terms and conditions, be and hereby ie approved, and
the City- Manager and the City Clerk are authordued and directed to execute and attest to, respea-
tively, said agreement on behalf of the City.
BE IT FIRMER RESOLVED that, the bond in the sum of $239,485.00, '1135. 331 fnll and

approved as sufficient in amou.
