ORDERING VACATION OF' PORTIGN OF PUBLIC UTILITY' EASEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' ALAMEDA that the certain portion of a, fifteen-
foot public utility easement lying within Lot 646, Block 2, of Tract 2790, as said easement and lot
are shown on ELI:ended Mao, Tract 2730, Casitas Alameda, Alameda, California", being more particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the monument, at the Southerly end of Verdemar Drive as said Drive is
shoRm upon that certain map entitled, 'AMENDED MAP, TRACT 2930, CASIIAS
2-19 1, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA," filed. for record en November 5, 1965, In
Book 52 of' Maps, at pages 7 thra 10, inclusive, in the Office 21 912
County Recorder, Alameda County, California; said Armament having Coor-
dinates 3>1,243, 19 feet and X . 4 1 , 4 9 5 , 4 1 7 . 0 1 feet based on the California
Coordinate System, Zone 111, as ahe all bearings and distances in this
description; thence along the monument line of Verde mar Drive N 243 06,026
4.00 feet; thence N 62'53R54" M 173,00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING:

is hereby ordered vacated pursuant to the provisions of Suction 5°443, Government Code of California.
BE IT FORTNER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Ahmteda hereby finds and declares
that (1) the saiN portion of easement ordered vacated herein is unnecessary. for present or prospective
public use, and (2) that said portion of said casement has never been used by the City of Mlameda
for any icluTone whatever' since November 5, 1965, the date of its acceptance by the 99, 10 the date
of this resolution,
