ADOPIING SPECIFICATIONS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND PLANS FOR
THE RECREAllOL 'ARLINE BUILDING AI WOODSTOCK PARK, CALLING
FOR PENS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SANE.
14 1, the City Engineer has prepared Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans for
the recreation center builddng at Woodstock Park, No. FAB 6-67-23, and filed. in the office of the
City Clerk on August I, 1967;
NOW THEREFORE, PE RESOLVED DM IRE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the aforesaid
Speciffontions, Special Provisions and Plans, numbered and flied as aforesaid, be, and the same are
hereby approved. and adopted.
BE 11 FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance and completion a the work speoffied in said
Specifications and Provisions be and the same is hereby authorized.
DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of' Alameda will receive sealed bids
up to the hour of 11:00 olciock a.m. on FRIDAY., AUGUST 25, 1967, for furbishing to the City of all
labor, materials, machinery, tools and equib-et necessary for the work hpreinabove referred to, in
accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in
the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly. narked on the outside, "Proposal
for fhb Recreation Center EalldIng at Woodstock Paris", Or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Alameda, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. Mc right ia
reserved to reject any 02 ail bids.
Said Specifications and Provisions may be had by any prospectike bidder on application to
the City Engineer, at his office in the City. Hall, Alameda, California.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice call-
ing for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications
and Provisions.
