BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OF ALAMEDA that purooant to the provisions of
Part 2, Division 24, Health and Safety Code of California, VERNON S. YALLOP is hereby appointed as
a commissioner of the Housing Authority of the City of' Alameda for a term commencing on August 11,
1967 and ex2piring on August 1O, 1971, and to serve until his SUCCeSSOr is appointed and is
qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby; certify that the foregolng Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and: adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meetdng assembled on the
