110512 , the Superintendent of Streets has filed with the City Council his report on the
repair by the City of the sidewalk in front of the real property known as 2414 San Jose Avenue,
Alameda, California, said report setting forth the cost of such repairs as being in the amount of
$64.23, no part of which has been paid except the sum of $20.00, leaving a, balance unpaid of said
costs in the sum of $44.23; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly given, said Council_ did hold a hearing on said matter
for the purpose of examining and considering said report; and
WHEREAS, said Council is fully advised in the premises;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED HI THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 261026DA than the itemized state -
ment of the expense submitted by the Superintendent cf Streets in the aforesaid matter be, and the
same is hereby confirmed.
HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Superintendent of Streets be, and he is hereby, directed.
to prepare a Notice of Lien on the property known as 2414 San Jose Avenue, Alameda, California, in
the amount of $44.23, and in accordance with the provisions of Section 5626 of the Streets and High-
ways Code of the State of California, and to file said Notice of Lien with the City Assessor and
City Tax Collector for collection of the amount of said lien pursuant to the provisions of Section
5628 of said Streets and Highways Code.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
5th day of August., 1967, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, Fore, Levy and President McCall, (4).
NOES: None.
