7176 IN THE MATTER OF THE ASSESSMENT OF SCHOCI.PROPERTY AND
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 67-1,
CITY OF ALAMEDA, COUNTY OF 1, DP. STATE (11 CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of the City of Alameda, Counay of Alameda, State of
001101 >01'a, that it is the intention of aaid City Council to amend Resolution No, 7176 in the matter
of the construction of improvements in Acsessment District No. 67-1, City of Alameda, County of
Alameda, State of California, by deleting therefrom the following language:
fExcepting from the area shown and delineated on said map hereinabove referred to,
the area of all publdc streets, avenues, lanes, roads, drfves, courtg, plpues,
public parks, and all easements and rights-of-way therein contained belonging to
the public, and also 01 ll. property' owned by the City of Alameda, the County of
Alameda, the State of California, or the United States of America, contained therein,
now in use in the 1' '1,>' of as public function,f
and substituting therefor the following language:

Clerk of the City of Alameda prior to the time of said. public hearing; ann

ment to be mailed, posted and publdshed in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Improvement
Act of 1.919., being a part of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
