RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED hy the City Council of the City of Alameda, Alameda County, California,
that the assessment diagram for Assessment District No, 67-1, City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
California, which said diagram was filed with the City Clerk of the City of Alameda on the 15th day of
August, 1967, be, and it is hereby approved as the assessment diagram for said assessment district;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said City of Alameda be, and she. is hereby,
directed to have a certified copy of said diagram filed for record forthwith in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of Alameda.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
15th day of August, 1967, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, Fore, Levy and President McCall, (4).
