BE IT RESOLVED BY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 1,1319.1, of
the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map (Property Division Map) No. 289, heretofore on August 28,
1968, considered and disapproved by Ane Plarddng Board, and involving no public improvements, is
approved and recording thereof' authorized, providing that the following conditions are first per-
formed by the subdivider:
(1) Demolition and removal of existing garage at rear of 1281 Caroline Street;
(2) Submission of lot drainage system satisfactory to City Engineer;
(3) Compliance with City Engineeris report to the Planning 'Board dated August 0 6,
.1967.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval and permission to record shall be effective only

upon the filing by the City Engineer of his certificate that the conditions hereinaboyo set forth
have been fully performed and comelied with-
