REJECTING CLAIMS AGAINST CITY FILED BY THINE C. KRAUS,
DINA= F. aalus AND CARL HOUSDORFER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALANIMA that the claims for damages hereto-
fore on August 28, 1967, filed against the City by Thelma (.. Kraus, DeWane Titus and Carl
Nousdorfer, are hereby found not to be proper charges against the City and each such clam should
Lo, and hereby LS rejected in its entirety by this Council.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly- and regularly
ihtreduced and adopted by the Council of the City' of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
5th day of September, 1967, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Bartley, Fore, La Croix, Jr., co Ly ane Pre cCall, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
