ADOPTING BUDGET' FOR EXPENDITURE or FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM
THE STATE HICHWAI FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement has been executed by the City of Alameda, hereinafter referred
to as the City, and the State Department of Public Works, Division of Highwaye, herenafter referred.
tE as the DepaItment, on. March 2, 1961, for expenditure of State—allocated funds; and
WHFREAS, a project statement has been prepared and was submitted to the Department on
May- 18, 1967, showing the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the
1967-1968 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, a. bud pproved by- the Department on August 23, 1R67, has been presented to the
City 00111 cil in accordance with Inc project statement submitted by tbe City; and
HEREAS the C. Council has considered said budget, as approved by the Department, and
is familiar with the contents thie;
4,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED EY THE COUNCIL OE THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said. budget be
and is hereby adEptod as the budget of expenditures recokaended to be made from such fumds during
the 1967-1968 fiscof ydar.
