RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda six (6) new„ latest model, 21u Power Drive Reel Mowers for the
Golf Course, No. MS 9-67-10, filed in the office of the City Clerk on September 19, 1967, be, and
the same are hereby- approved and adopted-
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Souncil of the IT of klameda will receive sealed bide
up

said mowers, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bida kust be presented to the
City Clerk, in tre City Nall, Alameda, Califernia, under sealed cover and plainly managed on the
outside, uProposal for Power Drive Reel Mowers,u or similar designation_
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City-, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right is reserved to
reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Timpo-Star, a notice call-
ing for sealcd bids, in accordance with the „provisions of this resolution and of main Specifications
and Provisions.
