BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCII OF THE CITY OE' ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provlsions of
Sections 10-3 and 10 ®5 of the Charter, and hpon nomination of the Mayor, H. DU MAN EIDENAN is hereby
appointed to the office of member of the Public Utilities Board for the term ending on June 30,
1971, to fill the unexpired term of Armitte S. Kimbrough, deceased, and to serve until successor
is appointed and qualified-
