of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor, HILTON A. KEENAN is hereby
appointed to the office of mdXber of the Civil Service Board of the City' of Alameda for a term expir-
ing on June SO, 1968, to fill the unexpired term of Gustave Levy, resigned, and to serve until his
successor' is appointed and is qualified-
