RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS .AND EITIDING AND DITTELLEINING
TEAT 'NE PUBLIC 13 1313 AND NECESSITY REQUIRE, THE CON-
STRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN ASSSSMMENE DISTRICT NO. 67-1,
CITY OF ALAMEDA, ALMIRDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
HHEREAS, a public hearing, for which. reasonable notice has been given by publlcation, post-
ing and mailing, has been held as to the public 105551 51105 and necessity of the construction of
improvem
51 nts in Assessment District No, 06-1, City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS: ail. written or oral protests of any kind or nature having been heard by the City
Council of the City of Alameda relative to the public convenience and necessity of the aforesaid
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City- of Alameda that said City
Council hereby overrules all protests and hereby finds and determines that the public convenience
and necessity require the construction of improvements in said Assessment '.13'' 13 No. 67-1, and
further determines that the sSpecial Assessment Invbstigatien, LimRtation and Majority Protest Act
of 1931s shall not apply; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tnat said. project shall proceed in accordance with the terms and
provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913.
