BE IT RESOLVED EY THE City Council of the City of Alameda, Alameda County, California, as
follows:
Ihe City Engineer of the City- of Alameda without further authorization of this City Council
is hereby authomized to order changes in the work to be done in Assessment DistIMet No. 67-1, City
of Alameda, Alameda County., California, under the fellueang conditions:
To correct clerical and technical errors in the piano;
To modify the design of the project wherever good engineering practice indicates that
the modification should be made;
To adjust the design of the project to utility location, soil conditions, and other
field. conditiono which were unknobm. or uncertain at the time the plane were prepared-
HOWEVER, the Cdty Engineer of the City of Alameda shail not be authorized to approve
chanze orders resulting in the increase in. construction costs aggregating more than the amount of
contingencies provided for in the Amended Engineer,o Report heretofore approved by this City Council.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda In regular meeting assembled on the
3rd day of October, 1967, by the following vote, to fit:
MIES: Councilmen Bartley, Fore, La Croix, Jr., Levy and President McCall, (5).
