RESOLVED BY TRE COUNCIL OD TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA that, the Specifications and Prodisions for
furn shing to the City of Alameda two (2) D2 W, latest 1968 model light duty pick-up trucks for the
Golf Department, No. MS 10-67-11, filed in the office of the City Clerk on October 3, 1967, be, and
the same are hereby- approved. and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the .o 'lo of the City of Alameda drill receive sealed bids
up to the hour of MOO '1- 43+ a.m. on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 24, 1967, for furnishing to the City of
said pick-up trucks, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented
to the City Clerk, in the City Mall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on
the outside, "Proposal for Light Duty Fick-up Trucks," or similar designation.
Contract, If awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said.
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right id reserved to
reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby- directed. to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice call-
ing for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications
and Provisions.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
