LPFROVING SUPPLEMENTAL FREEWAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT ECM
STATE DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS.
WHEREAS, the Etate of California, through its Depaxtment of Publdc Boras, Division of' High-
ways, has pitsented an agreement entitled, "Supplemental Freeway Maintenance Agreement", whieh con-
cerns State Mignmay Route 260, in the City of Alameda between Webster Street westerly to the mest
portal of the Webster Street, "Tbe; and
WHEREAS, this Council is familiar with said proposed agreement. and it Es in the best public
interest that the City become a party thereto;
NOW THEREFORE, FE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CIIT OF ALAII1N/A that seiH Supplemental
Freeway- Maintenance Agreement be and same is hereby approved and tht Mayor and the City- Clerk are
directed to execute and attest to the same on behalf of said City.
