BE Id' RESOLVED by the City Council o the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of
California, that the contract dated the 203. day- of October, 1967, by and between the CITY GI'
ALAMEDA and HAROLD R. JONES and ROBERT C. JONES, Co—Partners, doing business as O. C. JONES & SONS,
for the work and improvements to be done in Assessment District No. 67-1, Gity of Alameda, County-
of Alameda, State of California, is hereby approved; and
BE Id' FURTHER .'0' 313 that the Mayor of the City of Alameda be authorized to sign, and
the City Clerk of the City of Alameda be authorized to attest, said agreanent; and
BE IT FURRIER BEEMIVED that the Daher and Material Bond and the Faithful Performance Bond
to secure the performance of said contract and to secure payment of labor and material claims be
filed with the City Clerk of the City of Alameda in said matter, whioh said tabor and Material Bond
and said Faithful Performance Bond are hereby ahproved.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Fesolutien was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
