APPROVING WARRANT WO. 133 OF BOARD OF TRUSdENE OF' RECLAMATION
DISTRICT NO. 2105.
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with this Council a. request. for approval of a
certain warrant numbered 133 of the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2105, and this
Council finds that said warrant should be approved; and
WHEREAS, the issuance of said warrant and the face amount thereof were duly authorized. by
resolution of said Board at its meeting held on October 26, 1967, said resolution appearing in the
minutes thereof;
WOW, IDETWIFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL Oh' THE CITY OF' ALAMEDA. that the warrant of
the Board of Trustees of Ppclamation District No. 2105 set forth below be, and hereby is, approved.
