Resolution 07242CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 7242 PROVIDING- FOR THE AMOUNT PER DIEM FOR GENTOFTE AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY Oh' ALAMEDA FOR TRAVELING EXPENSES. WEEMEAS, Section 22-7 of the Charter of the City of Alameda requires that the Council annually fix the per diem allowance for travoiihg expenses of officers and employees of the City; NCW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TUE COUNCIL OF 118 CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows: That the per diem allowance for ail officers and emplayees of the City- of Alameda while attending to official duties, both tdthin and without the City of Alameda, shall not exceed the amount of the actual expense incurred per dimn by such officer or employee, in addition to the costs of transportation actually incurred; and BE IT 1" '8 RESOLVED that such expenditures shall be repaid to ouch officer or employee 0 the City of Alameda upon submission of a statement of such expense in form satisfactory to the Auditor of the City of Alseneda. BE IT FURTHER NESOIVED that such allowance herein fixed shall be effective during the fiscal year 1967-1966.
