BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF 11 CITY OP .I 10 that the Chief of Police be and he
hereby is authorized. to establish a schedule 13 0€ to be charged for furnishing copies of public
reports or other public data of the Police Department, Or for permng persons to make reproduc-
tions of such reports or data; a copy of said schodcio of fees shall, be plaoed on file in the
office of tte CiAT Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that nothing in. this resolution shall authorize inspection or
copies of reports, data or factual 11010111 (01 in, possession of the Police Department not subject
to release to the general public or to interested parties.
DE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Begolhtion No. 6546, adopted December 18., 1963, 13 repealed
herewith.
