HE IT RESOLVEE BY THE COUNCIL OF IME CITY o AL0 MEDA. that, pursuant to the proalsicfg of
Section 5895, Streets and highwas Code of California, the baytant of assessments by the omnerm of
each Tot or parcel_ of land upon which the cost Of work in the Mit:Tilburg Avenue—Beach Road. nmprove-
ment DistrEct iE proposed to be levied, nay be made to the ToK Collector of 2' City of' Alameda in
not mbre than ten (20) annuai installments; and
BE IT FURTHER RESUMED that the payment of said azsessterts so deferred shall bear interest
at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum, whibh rate shall begin to run on the thirty—first day
after confirmation by thole Council of the assessments proposed to be levied upon said lots or parcels
of land within said District; ann
BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED that the Certificate of Notice of Lien filed by the City Erigineer
with said Tax Collector shall contain proadelon for such deferred payment.
