CONFIRMING REPORT OF CITY 13 UPON COMPIETION OF WORK
iN FITCHBURG AMENUEBEACII ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, on March 7, 1967, this Council adopted its Resolution No. 7105 directing the per-
formance of street improvement work in the Fitbhburg Avenue-Beach Road Improvement Diatrict by the
City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, said. City Engineer has caused said work to be performed and, on Nevember 21, 1967,
filmd his Report thereon and presented same to thim Council for consideratihrb and
WHEREAS, on October 3J, 196M, said City Engineer duly. gave notice of said Report to all
O ffected property- owners in said. DistxGot, pursuant to Section 5881, Streets and Highways Code of
California, and fixed Tuesdayu )/I2301 /. 1967, at 7:30 p.m. of said day, 'n the Council Chamber
located in the City Hail, Alameda, California, as the time and place wten shin Council ±, 01 hear
and pass upon said. Report, together with objections or protestm, if' anyu thereto which mdght be
raibod by any of the property owners liable to be assessed for such construction; and

1 THEREFORE, BE IT REVOLVED HY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Report of the
City Engineer upon the completiwn of work performed in the Fitchburg ,r ,'t1' Road Improvement
District, the cost thereof and the assessment against each, lot or parcel of land proposed to be levied
to pay said coat, be and the same hereby is candGtmma as submitted by the City EhgGneer.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assennled on the
1st day of November, 1967, by the following vote, to wit:
