WEEREAS, the period of collection of assessments in Assessment Diotrint No. 07-1, City of
Alameda, MEEneda County, California, haa termlnated; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to fix the date of bondo to be issuod and ahthoribe sale of bonds
which will he issued to reuresent unpaid assessments and to authorime sale of assessmento against
publicly owned property;
NOW, IFEREFORM BE TT RFSOIXED by the City Council of the City of Alameda, Alameda County,
California, that bones issued in said proceedings shall be dated the 2nd day of January, 1968, and
shall bear ixterest from said date; and
BE IT EURTEER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby atthorised to publish Official Notice
Indditing Bids for the purchase of bonds and for the purchase of assesubtents againht 3b3-3o/rod
property, which Notice is attwched hereto, marked "Exhibit A, and made a part hereof, said bids to
be received at the hour of 11:00 o'clnck A.M. on tne 18th day of December, 1907, in the office of
the City Clerk of the City of Alameda, City Nall, Alameda, Caldfornia, at whiah said. time and place
said proposals will be publicly opened, examined and declared; and.
