WHEREAS, on November 17, 1907, Catherine Carter filhd a verified claim for damages, and
said claim appears not to comply with Section 910, Government, Code of California,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAJTCDA that not doe is given,
pursuant to Section 910.8, Government Code of Califoknia, to said Catherine Carter, 1231 Park Avenue,
Alameda, California; and to her attorneys, Milldam C. Dixon & Associates, 3300 Telegraph Avenue,
Oakland, California, that the purported "Verified CleDu for Damages," heretofore on November 17,
1967, filed with the City Clerk, is deficient in the following respects:

Said claim does not show the place where the alleged adcident occurred;
Said claim deos not show the date when the alleged accident occurred;
Said. claim does not, indicate whether it 10 made against the County of Alameda, a
political subdiyisien of the State of California, or against the City of Alameda, a municikal

tion to said claimant and her attorneys.
