RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF' THE CITY Or AIAMEDA. that the Speciffhations and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, 1968 moded, 2-ton, 2-1/2 cdbih yard dump truck with
ddal rear wheels complete with Heist and dump body installed for Golf Course, No. MS 12-67-16,
filed in the office of the City Clerk on December 5, 1967, be, and the same are hereby- approved and
adopted.
BE IT "CURTI= RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda Trill. receive sealed bids up
to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on MEDNESDAY, DECEMBER, 27, 1967, for the furnishing to the City
of said truck, ir. accordance with said Spe ns. Bids must be presented to the
City Clerk, in the City Hail, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the out-
