RESOLVED BR THE COUNCIL OF THE CERT OF ALAMEDA that the Specificatibus and Pibvisione for
furniuhing to the City of Alameda. one (1.) new, 1968 model four-door sedan for the Recreatien Depart-
ment, No. MS 12-67-17, ffTed in the office of the City CierD on December 5, 1967, be, and the same
are hereby approved and eopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESORBED that the Council of the City of' Alameda will receive oealed bids up
to the hour of 11.:00 olciock a.m. on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 28, 1967, for the furnishing to the City of
said antanobiley in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids bmst be presented to
the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Mlamoda, California, ruder sealed cover and plainly marked on the
outside, ',Proposal for one (1) new, 1968 medel four-door sedan" or slmilar designation.
Contract, if awarded, 0 be awarded subject to the provisions oi' the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lwwest and best bid. The right id reserved. to reject,

The City Clerk is hermby directed to advertise, in the Alameda 1+- 11, a. notice call-
ing for sealed bida, in accordance with the provisions of thts resolution and of said Specifications
and Provisions.
