WITERFAS, there has heretofore been filed with this Council a request for approval of a
certain warraut numbered 134 of the Board of Trustees of Reciamatimn Diotrict Re. 2105, and this
Council, finds that said warrant should be approved; and
WHEREAS, the issuance of said warrant and the face amount thereof were dnJy authorRied
by resolution of said Board, at its meeting held on Remember 30, 1967, said resolution nppear',14; tn
the minutes thereof;
OW, THEREFORE FE IT RESOLVED HY THE COUNSEL OF THE STIR' OF ALAMEDA that the warrant of
the Eoard of' Trustees of Reclamation District No. 2103 set forth beiew be, and hereby is, approved.
