RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SATE OF BONDS.
WHEREAS, the City- Treasurer of the City of Alameda, Alaseda. County, California, haa filed.
with this City Council the liat of payments received and the ltst of unpaid assessments in. Assess-
ment District No. 67-1, City of Alameda, Alameda. County, California; and
WHEREAS, said list of unpaid assessments showed that there is a balance of $12,987.87 in
unpaid assessments and. $7642.20 in an assessment against public property; and
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda has advertised for bids for sale of bends to be issued to
repreaent all unpaid assessments and the assessment against public property; and
WHEREAS, R. W. SCIIRULMIEF, ar. has offered to purchase all of the
bonds representing unpaid assessments and the assessment against public grope-ray at the following
price, to wit: 97.85% of the par value and at the rate of six

NOW, IRFNEFOFF, BE IT RESOLVED by the Gity Council of the City of Alameda, Alameda County-,
California, that sait bonds to be issued to represent unpaid assessments and the assessment against

bid. on file herein, plus accrued interest from the date thereof until paid.
