Alameda County, acquired, and ever sEace has been and now is owned by the Peralta Junior Collegs, Dis-
trict, of Alameda County, to be used for public purposes, and because of such public oEmership is
not subject to sale for delinquent taxes;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TUE COUNCIL OF TIED CITY OF ALAMEDA, with the written con-
sent of the City Attorney attached hereto, that all uncollectnd taxes charged or levied for city-
purposes upon the aforesaid real property, together with penalties and, costs thereon, be, and the
same are hereby, cancelled, and the Auditor and the Tax Collector of the City of Alameda are hereby
authorized and directed to cancel the same on their respective books:a

hereby consent to the cancellation of any and all uncollected taxes and assessments, and penalties
and. costs thereon charged or levied for City purposes upon the parcel of real property described in
the within Resolution.
