BE IT RESOINFD BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Board odi Supervisors of the
County of Alameda is hereby requested to rescind its Resolution No. 1235S3, adopted. December LS,
1967, expressing said Riountyis intent to sell at public auction cert ain. real property- owned by said
County and lcoated in the City of Alameda in the vicinity of the Agameda entrance to the Posey Tube.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that t request is made in order to give the City adequate time
within which to determine whether it would. be in the best public interest for the City to acquire
said real property- from the County, by a negotiated sale and bursuant to Section 25865 of the
Government Code of California.
I, the undersigned, hereby- certify that the forekoing Resolution was duly and_ regularly
introduced and adopted. by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
