BE IT RESOLVED BY MP COUNCIL OF THE cm ALAWEDA that purarant to thd provisions of
Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nobinatian of the Mayor, L. F. MacHEILI
is hereby- appointed to the office of member of the City Planning Board of' the Odty of Alameda for
the term. ending on June 80, 1970, to fill the unexpired team of Wilton E. Soma, resigned, and to
serve until his euccessor is appointed and qualified-
the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing ResoUrtion was duly and regularly
