furniehIng to the City of Alameda one (1) new 1968 model, seven-unit hydraulic tractor and mower
for Golf Department, No. MS 1-68-2 filbd in the office of the City Clerk on January 16, 1968, be,
and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Counci: of the City of Alameda will receive scaled bids
up to the hour of 11J00 oiclock a.m. or WEDNESDAY', FEBRUARY 196E, for the furniohing to the
City of sadd tractor and mower, in accordance with said Specilficaeions and Provisions. Tide rust
be presented. to the City Clerk., in the City Hall, Alameda, Caldfornia, under sealed cover and
plailley marked on the outside, Proposal for one (1.) new 1.968 model, seven-unit hydraulic tractor
and mower', or similar designation-
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to ehe provisions of the Charter of said
City. to the responsible bidder who submits the lewest and best bid. The right is reserved to
reject any or all bibs.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, In the Alameda Ilmes-Star, a notice call-
ing for scaled bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specificatiens
and Provisions,
