AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGEAMMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION AND
COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH PARCEL MAT
NO. 318 AND APPROVING- FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND AS TO
SUFFICIENCY (EAST SIDE OF LTABSTIH STREET AT' THE ESTUARY

WHEREAS pursuant to Section 11-319.a. of' the Alameda Municipal Code, there has been pre-
serMed to this Counoil a Parcel Map, designated Parcel Map No. 318, and heretofore conditionally
approved by the Planning Board, being a division of the property- located on. the east side of Webster
Street at the Estuary, in the City of Alameda, by Robert E- Hannon; and
'W71-X2 EAS sai8 approval by the Planning Board is conditioned upon the execution by subdivider
of an agreement to construst and complete certain publib improvements on said propettyL and
HEREAS, said slbdiyider has entered into such an agreement and has posted his bond guar-
anteeing full and faithful performance of saiM work, all in accordance with said section) and
WHEREAS, it will be to the benefit of the City to have said work performed in accordance
therewith;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AIAMEDA that the agreement ihr
t o r onstruction and completion of the improvements Tn the division of property located on the east
side of Webster Street at the Estuary, designated as Parcel Map No. 31E, by Robert E. Uhnnon, be,
and the same hereby is, approved, and. the Gity Manager 1 authorized and directed to exemute, and
the City Clerk to attest, said agreement on behalf of the ChityL end
BE IT' FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of' $2,866.50, guaranteeing full ano . faithful
performamae of said contract, if hemeby approved as sufficient in amount.
