RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL Ob' IHE CITY OF ALAMEDA. that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) nett latest model Radar Unit for the Police Department,
o. EB 2-68-a, filed in the effice of the City Clerk on February 2Ct 1968, be, and. the same are
hereby approved and adopted-
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids
up to the hour of 11:00 o,clock a.m. on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 1968, for the furnishing to the City
of said Radar Unit, in accordance with said S ocifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented
to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on
the outside, 'Proposal for one (1) new, latest model Radar Unit", or similar designation,
Contract, if awarded, widl be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible biader who subpdts the lowest and best hid. The right is reserved. te reject
any or all bias.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda. Times-Star, a notice call-
ing for sealed bids, In accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications
and. Provisions.
