WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with this Council a request, for approval of
certa in. warrants nunlered 188 and. 139 of the Board of Trustees of Reclamation Diutrict No. 2165,
and thdo Council finds that said warrants should be approved; and
WHEREAS, the issuance of said warrants and the face amounts thereof were dilly authorized
by resolutions of said Board at ita meeting held en March 4, 1968, said resolution:a, appearing in
the minutes thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT. BESOIVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' ALAMEDA that the warrants of
the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No 2105 set forth below be, and hereby are approtbd.
