WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 8294 thls CounciT ham stated and requested consolidatlpn of
a. soecial miamipal election to be held with tile Primary Election a be held June 4, 1968; and
WHEREAS, said. special municipal election sets forth sevEn (7) local measures proposed tb
be included on the ballot at said PraaEy Elation, and. it now appeams the Alameda County Board of
Supervisors may not place all the measures on sae ballot and it therefore appears necessary tE
state an order of priority thereof which the Board ray follow in the °vent less than ail said
measures can be co included;
NOW MESEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CEE OF ALAMEDA that the following
order of' priority of sail seven (7) propositions is hereby established and the Alameda County Board
of Supervisors is requested to observe and consider same in deterndning which, a leas than all,
propositions shall appeam on the June 4, 1968, consolidated ballot:
