RESOLVED DE' THE CCUEGIL OF' THE CIll OF ALMEEDA that the Specifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda one (1) new, latest model three-wheel gasoline vehicle for Park
Department, No. MS 3-68-7, filed tr the office of the CeLty Clerk on March 19, 1968a hea and the 'mane
are hereby approved and adopted_
BE lf IERTHER. RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealod bids up
to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on THUT1STA.E, APRIL 11, 1968, for the furnishing to the City of
said vehicle, adcorddrce with said Specifiaations and Provisiona. Bids must, he presented to the
City Clerk, in. the City Hall Alameda, California, under scaled cover and plainly marked on the out-
side, 'Proposal for one (1) new, latest model three-wheel gasoline vehicle", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded. subjeot to the provisions of the Charter of eald
Citya to the reeponsible biddor wno eubmits the lowest and. best bid. The right is reservod to reject
any or ail bids.
The City Clerk is hereby ddrected to advortise, in the, Alameda Times-Star, a notEce call-
