approved and adopted.
BE IT FEEDER RESOIATED that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids
up to the hour of 11:00 o''. 'k a.m. on TIFBEEDALE, APRIL 11, 1968, for the furnishing to the City
of aaid automobiles, in accordance o-' said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented
to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover ard marked on
the outside, "Proposal for three (3) new, 1998 four door sedans," or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the proviaions of thm Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submite the lowest and best bid. The right ia reserved to
reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby. directed to '5 '1150) in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice call-
ing for sealed bids, in admordance with the provisions of this restalution and of added Specificationa
and Provfoions.

19th day of March, 1968, by- the following vote, to wit:
