ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOH FURNISHING TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
COMMUNICATIONS RECORDING EQUIPMENT FOR FIRE DETARTMENT, CALLING,
FOR, BIDS AND DIRECTING CIE'S CIERF TO ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED BY 1 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' AIDIEEDA that the S ecifications and Provisions for
furnishing to the City of Alameda communioations recording equipment for the Fire Department, No.
ms 3-6S-9, filed in the office of the City Clerk on March 19, 1.968, be, and, the same are hereby
approved and adopted.
BE IT FIRTRIE RESOLVES that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive sealed bids ub
to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on. THURSDAY, APRIL 11, 196S, for the furnishing to the City of said
equipment, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions- Bids must be presented to the City
Clerk, in the City hall, Alameda, CaliTohrla, under sealed cover and plairilpFmarked on the outside,

Contract, if awarded will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, Lo the responsible bidider who submits the lowest and best bid. The right i8 reserved to reject,
any or all bide.
The City Clerk ia hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Thmes-Star, a notice call-
ing for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications
and Provisions.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
