filed in the office of the City Clerk on Mnych 1B, 1968;
NOW THEREFORE, DE it RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF' DUE CITY OF ALALIEDA that the said Speci-
fications, Special_ Provisions and Pians, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted-
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVER that the performance and completien of' the work specified. in said.

BE il' FURTHER RESOLVED 1+ 11. Censoil of the City of Alameda will receivb sealed bids
up to the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on FRIDAY, APRIL 5, 1968, for furnishing to the City- of all
labor, materials, maphinery, tools and equipnent necessary fcr the work hareinabove referred to, in
accordance with said Specifications and Provisions, Bids must be presented ta the City Clerk, in
the City Hail, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked or the outside, 'Proposal
for pavement aztension. and resurfacing at the Fire Drill Tower on Bay Farm islandl, CT similar
designation-
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of the City
of Alameda, to the responsildp bidder who submits thw lowest and best bid- The right is reserved
to reject any ur all bide.
Said Specifications and Provisions may be had by. any prospective bidder on application to
the City Engineer, at his office En. the City Hall, Alaneda California.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in thn Alameda limns-Star, a notice call-
ing for sealwd bids in aocordance with the provisions of this resolution and of saiG Specifications
and. Provisions.
