be, and each hereby- is, authorized to execute and to atEest to, resgwotively4 on behalf of the City,
that certain agreement between, the City- and WM- Hay Hill, transacting business as Hillectrics, pro-
viding for the furnishing of electrical, services in connection with InstaLlution of communications,
alarm aud related equipment at Fire Station No. 1, said agreement to be substantially in the form
of that filed in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Fdled„ April
