kRIERFAS, the City Engineer has prepared Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans for
the construction. of cart paths at the Alameda Municipal Golf Course, No. P.ki. 6-68-9, and filed in
the office of the City Clerk on April 16, 1998;
NOW' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CFUNCII, OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the said Speci-
fications, Special Provisions and Plans, be, and the same are hereby approand and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance and completion of the work specified in said
"f ',j and 'Provisions be and the same is hereby authorised_
BE IT FURTMER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda kill receive sealed bids up
to the hour of 11300 o,clock a.m. on FRIDAY, NAY 10, 1968, for ftrnishing to the City of all labor,
materials, machinery, tools and equipment necessary for the work hereinaboye referred to, in accord-
ance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids mast be presented to the City 2 Clerk, in the City.

Contract, if awarded, will be awarded sibIect Ma the provisions of the Charter of the City
of Alameda, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid- The right is reserved to
reject an or all bids.
Said Specifications and 1' 11 may be had by- any prospectike bidder on akplicatihn to
the City Engineer, at his office in the City Hall, Alameda, California.
The City. Clerk ia hereby directed to advertihe, in the Alameda Minds-Star, a notice call-
ing fur sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications
and Provisions,
the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Hesclutien was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council. of the City of Alameda In regular meeting assembled on the
