ORDERING VACATION OF UNUSED PUBLIC SERVICE EASENENT

LE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AILMEGA tnat the certain sanitary sewer ease-
ment heretofore in 1928 dedicated for publfm purposes, situated En the City of Alameda, County- of
Alameda, State of California, more particulardly described as:
All of that 5 feet wide sewer eamement described in the Grant of Easement,
from Tilden Lumber & Mill Company to the City of Alameda recorded October 4, 1928,
at nage 10' , Boob, 1.90, Official Recorde of Alameda County,
is hereby ordered vacated purauant to the eroaimione of Section 50443 of the Government Code of
California.
BE IT FULMER. RESOIRED that the CouroIl of the City of Alameda hameby finds and determines
that (1) the said public service easement, herein ordered vacated id unnecessary for present or
prospective public use, and (2) said easement has not. been used for the purpose for which it Las
acquired for more than. five (5) conmecutive years preceding the vadation herein ordered.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolutior, was duly- and regularly
introduced. and adopted by tne Council of the City of Alameda regular meetinr a on tne
